Voltage: 220/110V Raizi portable 45 degree miter cutting saw machine with rail guide can offer a versatile 45 degree mitered cutting or 90 degree vertical cutting on large format porcelain tile, porcelain ceramic tile, granite, marble and engineered stone.
You can use maximum 5 inch/125mm diamond saw cutting blade.
It is engineered with 1 powerful 2200W motor which can bring more power than normal stone cutter, 13000 rpm single speed.

1: Press the suction cup down after adjusting the rail distance and parallel with the rail ①
2: Lock the two handles on the head ②③after adjust the machine to the desired angle (45°/90°)
3: Lock the lifting handle⑤ after adjusting the cutting depth④.
4: Fasten the Fine-tune lock⑦ on both sides after fabricator adjust Fine-tune handle to the desired cutting line⑥
5: Turn on the power switch ⑧ and push at a constant speed until the cutting is finished

- The rated speed of the cutting blade should meet the maximum speed marked by the machine. If the speed of the cutting blade is less than the rated speed of the machine, it may cause the cutting blade to break and fly off.
- This machine is suitable for grooving or cutting on mineral materials (such as granite, marble, large format tile, and engineered stone). It is not suitable for polishing the side of the cutting sheet. If an external force is applied to the side of the cutting sheet, the cutting disc may be broken.-Keep the power cord away from the machine in case the operator is electrocuted due to cutting.
- The diameter and thickness of the cutting blade must be within the rated range of the machine-Please use gloves, masks, goggles, and safety goggles, depending on the working environment.
- Keep observer satisfying distance from the work area, The damaged parts and the flying out of the chip may cause injury.
- In the process of operation, please immediately turn off the machine once the machine suddenly stops rotating or makes abnormal noise.
- Pull the plug from the power outlet when you finish using the machine each time.
- Do not make the cutting blade "stuck" or put it too much, If the machine is abused, the motor will be hurt and its service life will be shortened.
- The power plug must be unplugged before any adjustment or replacement of the accessories.
- The diamond blade becomes very hot in use, it cannot be touched before cooling.
- Do not put your hand near a rapidly rotating blade. It can cause serious injury
- Broken, deformed, or cracked cutting blades can not be used on the machine.
- Do not operate without the fixed cover.
- Do not turn on the cutting machine when the blade is touching the workpiece.
- Do not remove the cutting machine before the cutting blade stops completely even if the cutting machine is turned off, and do not force the diamond saw blade to stop with any external force.
- The plug must be removed from the power supply and the diamond saw blade is in a static state before replacing the cutting blade, moving the machine, or maintaining the cutting machine.
