Part 1 specialized discs for certain material
With special designs and techniques, these blades are perfectly suitable for certain materials. It is not like that they should only be used on certain kinds exclusively, but on other materials, their performance may not be as perfect as on those recommended.
Type 1 Discs specially designed for ceramic, tile and porcelain
To fit the properties of these stones, this kind of blade is made extra thin so as to provide clean and rapid removal with minimal chippings. The high-standard diamond particles as well as the advanced manufacturing techniques also serve as promises for their long-lasting duration and quality. Features deserving to be mentioned are their special-patterned rims and special techniques. Here are three popular systems we selected for demonstrations.

Blades with segment height difference
Segment difference allows the dual usage of both cutting and grinding: the thin for cutting and the wide for grinding.
Blades made with vacuum brazing technique
Best-selling products ever! Offering optimal solutions for cutting and grinding, they vary in diamond grit concentration from low degrees to high, with #40/50 as coarse, #70/80 medium and #100/120 fine, and is capable of meeting all your demands. Different from regular blades, they are equipped with detachable flanges of two threads, M14 and 5/8”-11.
Ultra compact surface blades
This kind is specially designed for hard materials like Dekton and sintered porcelain. Extra thin design together with the reinforced core enables the blade to cut quickly and precisely on these kinds of tough stones.
Type 2 discs specially designed for granite and quartz
These two types of stones are characterized by their high degree of hardness, as you can imagine, the systems designed for them are supposed to give more aggressive and faster cutting. Here are three features of them that can help enforce the mentioned capacity: turbo pattern, segments, and side protection (the three-in-one design is also available). With such special designs together with the premium diamond particles in the blades, these systems can provide sharp cutting performance and long duration, with consistency and minimal chippings.
Here come our popular granite cutting discs:
The turbo rim is like a combination of numerous small “segments” to offer aggressive and straight cutting. As you can see in the picture above, the blade has a X-lock center hole in the middle, which is specially designed for Bosch angle grinder machines.
Segments, both the small and the big, amount to the reinforcement of aggressiveness and improved efficiency.

Side protection can help the blade to bite deep into your materials and enable them to last longer.
Type 3 discs specially designed for marble stone
This kind of blade is produced with electroplated technology, which guarantees the system’s quality and makes them work better on marble or the like soft stones. In addition, with high concentrations of quality diamond particles bonded on the surface, these blades are able to offer flush and smooth cuts with few chippings.

Part 2. General use discs for all nearly kinds of materials
These discs are produced with particular techniques and are qualified to deal with all sorts of materials including granite, marble, sintered stones, wood and even metal. Here we are going to introduce two kinds of them.
Vacuum brazed discs featured with segmented rims
Made with vacuum brazing technology, this kind of blade is coated with abrasive grains, which, combined with segments, can provide both smooth and sharp cut and longer disc life. It is also granted with exceptionally consistent performance and optimized efficiency.
Array layer diamond discs
As you can see from the name, this kind of disc is made with diamond particles protruding from the segmented rim in an ordered array, rendering the product an aggressive, sharp and precise cutting capacity that can almost deal with all sorts of hard stones you can imagine. The high quality of the diamond particles is also a guarantee of their longer life and faster speed.
Part 3 cutting discs for special use
These types of blades are used to fulfill specific demands, like curve cutting and crevice cleaning, and those big aggressive discs used on machines are also included. We’ll show you here below.
Type 1 contour cutting blades
This kind of blade is specially designed for curve-cutting applications, like sinks or tubs. With all rim patterns available (segments, turbo rim, electroplated rim, etc.), they can be customized to meet the different needs of different materials. As for this kind, with the segmented rim of arrayed diamond particles, it works perfectly on processing curved cutting on hard stones like granite and quartz, leaving chip-free and smooth edges.
Type 2 discs used on Cutting Saw
These kinds of blades are relatively large in size, with diameters mainly varying from 300mm/12 “ to 450mm/18”. Here we’ll introduce three of them.
1. Bridge saw blade
Bridge saw blades are designed for high-speed and clean cuts on big hard stones. Segmented rims attached with premium arrayed diamond particles enhance their cutting performance and prolong their durability, rendering them an optimal solution for the various needs in tackling your processing work.
2.Crevice cleaning blades and tuck point blades
These discs are for special use such as grooving and crevice cleaning (especially in fire rescue or road works). That requires the aggressive, clean and fast cutting performance of the blades so as to guarantee efficiency, save time, and reduce the number of reworks. Taking perturbing noise into consideration, some of them are also expected to do the cutting work as quietly as possible.
3. Specific milling wheel for bridge cutting machine
These so-called milling wheels, used for grinding and milling, also belong to the saw blade category in our store. And the kind I will introduce to you is the Raizi Silent Diamond Milling wheel, which is mainly used for calibrating granite and engineered stone slabs and leveling concrete countertops. It is made with Teflon silent core, and on its segmented rims protruding quality diamond particles that grant it aggressive processing performance and elongated life.
Part 4 postscript: spare parts and special designs
- Special designs
A: Cooling holes: holes allow water through for heat reduction, a measure for disc life elongation. Not equipped on all blades.
B: Continuous rim and segmented rim
First of all, segmented rims can increase the aggressiveness of cutting with the added sharp angles. They fit more on hard stone processing of course, but when dealing with soft ones like marble and ceramics, they may be too tough and may cause unwanted hurt to your material. In the contrast, continuous rims can provide smoother cutting that fits these soft stones better.
C: Segment shape: key slot or u slot
As the pictures show, these two shapes of slots are the most commonly seen patterns. Despite the key slots having more “cooling holes” than u slots do, they are not that different from each other.
